This straight transom saver features mounts that allow you to secure the base of the saver either over your trailer's rear roller or directly to the trailer frame. A built-in rubber shock absorber further protects your outboard by dampening the vibration and jarring motions that can occur on rougher roads.
The transom saver distributes the weight of your motor and power trim to the rest of your boat, eliminating strain on your transom and safeguarding your vessel. The Extreme Max team has done the necessary calculations to determine the best way to support your transom and distribute your motor's weight, taking the heavy mental lifting out of the equation.
With easy installation and removal, the transom saver allows you to take a load off your transom. It is not, however, intended for applications where the trailer will be in contact with saltwater or brackish water. The product comes with a two-year replacement warranty.
